SAH! 2020 Harga Rokok Naik, Sebungkus Bisa Lebih dari Rp 30 Ribu
Pemerintah memutuskan untuk menaikkan tarif cukai rokok. Keputusan akan berlaku per 1 Januari 2020. Kenaikan cukai ini merupakan dari hasil rapat yang dipimpin oleh Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) pada September 2019 lalu.
Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Kementerian Keuangan menetapkan tarif cukai rokok sebesar 23 persen. Imbasnya adalah ada kenaikan pada harga jual eceran sebesar 35 persen.
Aturan tersebut tertuang dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 152/PMK.010/2019 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas PMK Nomor 136/PMK.010/2017 tentang Tarif Cukai Hasil Tembakau.
Jika dirinci, rata-rata kenaikan tarif CHT tahun 2020 sebesar 21,55 persen. Tarif CHT Sigaret Kretek Mesin (SKM) naik sebesar 23,29 persen. Kemudian Sigaret Putih Mesin (SPM) naik 29,95 persen, dan Sigaret Kretek Tangan (SKT) atau Sigaret Putih Tangan naik 12,84 persen.
Sedangkan, jenis produk tembakau seperti tembakau iris, rokok daun, sigaret kelembek kemenyan, dan cerutu tidak mengalami kenaikan tarif cukai. Kalau dihitung dengan cukai rokok yang baru, maka harga sebungkus rokok bisa mencapai di atas Rp30 ribu per 1 Januari 2020.
